Welcome to FunnelMaxxing ("FunnelMaxxing", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

2. The service

FunnelMaxxing lets you build, publish, and manage AI-generated quiz funnels and landing pages that capture and qualify leads. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the Platform.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand; we will remind you before billing begins. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you will not use it for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to infringe others' rights, to send unsolicited or non-compliant messages, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

5. Messaging and communications

If you enable messaging features (including the AI Appointment Setter), you are responsible for obtaining all required consents from the people you contact and for complying with applicable laws (including the TCPA and carrier requirements). Message and data rates may apply; recipients can opt out at any time.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you add to the Platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Platform. You are responsible for the content of the funnels you publish.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by FunnelMaxxing and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular results, uninterrupted availability, or that the Platform will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelMaxxing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.
